1. General Transaction Policy
By placing an order on store.nethawk.pk, you enter into a commercial agreement with NexShield. All purchases of networking equipment, surveillance systems, power backups, and accessories are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Pricing, Quotations & Payments
We strive to keep all pricing accurate, but values may adjust due to market changes and import conditions:
- Official corporate orders require verified proforma invoices or approved advance payments.
- NexShield reserves the right to cancel orders involving erroneous catalog pricing or stock depletion.
- Taxes, duties, or delivery fees will be explicitly detailed during checkout or formal quotation.
3. Shipping & Delivery Terms
We facilitate nationwide shipping through trusted couriers and logistics partners. Standard items are processed promptly, while heavy equipment (such as industrial UPS units and battery storage banks) may require specialized freight handling. Customers must inspect packages immediately upon arrival for any transit damages.
4. Warranty, Returns & RMA Claims
Products are backed by standard manufacturer or store warranties. For any Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) claim, a valid purchase invoice and original serial number are mandatory. Warranties become void if equipment shows signs of physical damage, improper voltage application, or unauthorized repairs.
5. Limitation of Liability
NexShield shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect business losses, operational downtime, or project delays arising from product installation errors or unforeseen technical failures.
